Hypnotic is easily one of my favorite Interstellar products. I've had sleeping issues for many years and have tried all different types of natural supplements to help me fall asleep. Not only fall asleep, but STAY asleep and not wake up feeling groggy. To date this has been the only product that's made a significant difference. While there are a number of factors that affect sleep (mainly light and temperature for me), personally), I've noticed a big difference when taking Hypnotic vs. not taking it. For me especially when fasting it's extra difficult to get a quality night's sleep so Hypnotic has been crucial during extended fasts. So Anti Fatigue blend is VERY potent!!! The last few months I have been in a very rough spot. Highly stressful and draining event happened, stressful living situation ongoing, and I ended up falling back towards a bit heavier foods which leaves me fatigued. Sleeping more, struggle to get going and be productive during the day. Typically when I am on point with my food, fasting regularly and not dealing with or recovering from anything stressful, I feel great and no fatigue and on minimal sleep. I have been taking blends for a few weeks now and feeling a lot better but there was still an underlying fatigue and lack of motivation, despite eating a lot better and feeling not as stressed, I just couldn't gain momentum and was lacking my typical oomph.... After receiving my anti fatigue sample at the end of last week, I added 1/16th tsp to my blends stack for morning. Holy Wow Y'all I almost instantaneously had the fatigue lift! Starting to get back to productivity and really moving forward. Having major breakthroughs and progress now this week. I'm back to minimal sleep and feeling energetic enough to workout for hours again and back to getting my extended fasting more regular. I love how the pack says "If you don't feel fatigued, stop taking it, but if the fatigue returns, dose again"... I was wanting to review this and decided to just dose it alone this morning on a large dose of the recommended dose listed on the package. I didn't notice a large shift in where I felt before taking the dose this morning, the blend did it's job on my previous doses, so I gave it to my cousin to add to her stack! I am back to my regular old self and pushing forward in my life! I'm surprised just a little addition of 1/16th tsp for a few days was such a potent addition to my blend stack!! Anti Fatigue is truly a top notch Interstellar Blend and I plan on always having some on hand for myself or any friends who might need to recover from fatigue! If I could give it beyond 5 stars, it would probably be a galaxy lol. But for the sake of the rating scale I will stick with 5!! ✨✨ ✨ ✨ ✨

I just wanted to thank Gavin for helping people better their lives. I lost lots of weight while using my blends on the daily. Excellent product. I have only just discovered interstellar products. I have just put in my second order. This herb in particular has helped me with my perimenopausal symptoms. I have noticed in the space of a month that my head is much clearer, less brain fog, less anxiety around this time of the month and my mood swings have improved dramatically. I am sure my husband would agree 🙂 I have bought a few different samples and I feel the selection I have purchased all compliment each other as I have noticed an improvement in each of the areas, but most notably in my mental health. My goal for 2024 is to stay off all antidepressants which I have been on for most of my adult life and so far I have been feeling great.
