It’s funny how you get used to feeling a certain way so that’s just what you accept of yourself. Or you aren’t aware that something is wrong with you until you feel better. I didn’t realize how exhausted I get during the day. I didn’t realize how low energy I am. I just go through my day and anxiously await a proper time to go to bed. Or…. what’s it feel like not to have a headache? I don’t get migraine headaches, it’s just from not sleeping. I can expect a headache at least four times a week. GAME CHANGER!!! I've been taking 10-15 mile walks daily as a part of Gavin's 88/8 challenge regiment and up to cylce 5 I was finding myself having very little trouble energy-wise completing my walks.
