So I’ve already written a couple of *stellar* reviews of Interstellar blends, but I haven’t gone so much into how they have helped me heal and recover from quite a few years of varying degrees of mental illness. I am a very health conscious person, but this has been a long healing process and i have come a long way, and there is still more progress to be made. I honestly don’t know what caused it (maybe being vegan for too long, or overuse of psychedelics in the past?) but for years I was having regular panic attacks, and was constantly terrified of existence. I had strong bouts of dissociation and anxiety surrounding panic attacks, and became ineffective at life in various ways. One big way was I could no longer drive a car without having sure and predictable panic attacks. All other times, they would sneak up on me and rear their heads at random moments, especially if I would start thinking about them and remember how they felt. So much of my healing has been through cultivating heavy doses of courage, and faith that the unbearable discomfort of a moment will pass into relief naturally with time, and I just had to have the courage to wait it out. Connecting with nature has also been huge for me. I started feeling much more rapid healing in my mental stability when I started taking Seven Sages. It has truly been a healing balm for my brain. In the past few months that I’ve been taking it daily, I seem to have developed more mental fortitude and inner resources in dealing with stressful or weak moments. And my weak moments are becoming less and less. I can now drive a car comfortably in limited situations (like around my own property, and at slow speeds through town). I have a ways to go to be able to have freedom and comfort with faster speeds, highways and traffic, but I have to be patient and consistent, knowing that full healing can take a long time. As long as I am making progress, even if it feels slow, I know I am on the right track and can joyfully celebrate my small victories along the way!

I've been consistently taking 18 of them on a regular daily basis for a little over 2 years now. Love them all! Soon after Plush was released, I was intrigued and interested in trying it, but honestly was skeptical if the addition of 1 more blend would make any noticeable difference, since I was taking so many of the other blends already. But, boy, was I wrong about that! Within a few weeks' time, I could tell a noticeable difference in my skin. The only change I had made was the addition of Plush. The texture, pore size, clarity, fine lines, plumpness, etc.in my face were all improved. With continued use, I've noticed even greater improvements in my skin quality in addition to the fading of brown age spots on my arms and chest. I'm sold on Plush! I have now been using trinity for a week and the effects have been unreal. I have normally been a tense guy and within the first hour of using trinity I could feel my jaw, neck and traps totally relax. I also due to the stress and anxiety would excessively sweat and this was also gone as I was at total ease.
