I’ve purchased many of Gavin’s amazing blends but I really have to talk about Lung Power. I originally purchased the sample pack, then the large pack because of how well it worked. I’m not sure what was going around but my husband and I both had a cough that seemed to just appear out of nowhere…his was worse than mine (probably because I take the blends😁). I was tired of hearing him cough so I whipped up the Lung Power in some grapefruit juice and said, “TAKE THIS”! He did and he barely coughed that night. After taking other meds to no avail he continued taking the Lung Power on his own as he saw it worked. Ironically he’s worked in the pharmaceutical area for years, so BAM! My experience with taking the Lung Power is my cough subsided and I could feel the mucus breaking up and clearing out. We’ve both had Covid according to the tests and have had an off and on cough. I began using seven sages, autophagy and luteolin about two months ago. I was able to immediately cut down my food intake from three usually heavy meals to one main meal and a snack per day with the use of autophagy. Not only was I capable of reducing the number of meals I had per day but also my portion sizes drastically decreased. It felt great to be satiated and less bogged down by consuming less food. Contrary to my initial suspicion regarding having less energy as a result of consuming less food, I was now markedly more energetic and had increased vitality. Needless to say, two months later I have lost approximately 15 pounds with very little effort. The seven sages’ blends provided great support for me mentally. I am in my mid-fifties and pursuing my second PhD. My norm before I began taking the blends was feeling mentally drained and unable to focus. I could not have been successful without the blends. My package arrived containing the following blends: Luteolin, ACB, Thermo, Nebula, Spice, Senolytlic, Peel, Spice, Autopathy, Shilajit, Seven Sages, Matcha and Pine Pollen. Earlier this year, my Father-in-law was hospitalized and was given less than a month to live. I did the 30 in 5 challenge and won blends that I sent to him in Chicago. I sent the ACB, PEEL AND SPICE. Well he's well and kicking. The herbs gave him his life back. Thank God he's still here with us thank you to Gavin and his magical herbs. I don’t believe I’ve ever even tried another company’s ceremonial grade matcha (besides some sugary bs years ago) but you can just tell that interstellar matcha is THE highest quality form of matcha around. This stuff HITS and it’s great for you, great for longevity. 1/8-1/4tsp of this matcha is all that’s needed. You can buy the $75 bag of matcha and it will likely last 1-2 years depending on how you use it. Everyone should always grab a bag of matcha when checking out their interstellar blends

I'm grateful for the Glucose Blocker and Interstellar Plan! I've seen my blood sugar as low as 64 & I felt fantastic. I'm still not 100% perfect on the dry fasting routine yet but observing my blood sugar is helping me know I'm healing 🙏😍 This is the lowest reading so far and I felt fantastic at this time. I'm noticing my blood sugar highest in the mornings (e.g. 111) and when I feel the least energy.
