   This is one of my favorite products from Interstellar. Shilajit contains multiple minerals and I have found that the quality of Shilajit from Interstellar to be of high quality. I like to combine this with Pine Pollen and Thermo in hot tea in the morning which keeps me going through the afternoon when I’m intermittent fasting. This combo has also helped when starting a fast. I like that the ingredients in Thermo have a lot of data supporting its use.

   I’m a night shift nurse and this shilajit really helps me stay alert and focused when I haven’t gotten much sleep. And as a bonus, my knees don’t hurt near as much when I’m running all over at work! I’m still in school and I’ve noticed an improvement in mental functioning too, especially combined with the luteolin. Being a busy mom and wife along with work and school has definitely been a challenge for me, but these blends make my life easier. Thank you Gavin for all your hard work and dedication, it is much appreciated!

   Wow, just Wow! My orthopedic surgeon, pain management doctors and physical therapist and I have been trying everything possible to stop the horrible, frequent, debilitating Charlie horses and cramps I’d get all over my body. I couldn’t exercise, or even sit through a movie because of it. After following Gavin on hi FB group page and hearing all the amazing results people where having I just had to give it a go, I am so happy I did.

   I ordered during the covid craziness knowing from what I’ve read on this site and elsewhere that these blends wouldn’t just make me feel better, they’d heal my body and boost my immune system. This blend also COMPLETELY stopped the nasty cramping….after just 1 day of using it! How do I know it was due to this blend? Because it was in my 2nd order and I haven’t had a gnarly Charlie-horse since starting it. It’s my own miracle. I am able to sit as long as I want, walk way longer than what my maximum was…30min…now I walk 1.5-2hrs several times a week!

   My low back is fused and I never thought I’d ever feel this great or be this active again. I’m even considering going back to competing in Martial Arts again. I have a huge part of my life back that all the docs said I wouldn’t. They told me I’d need more surgery, injections and prescribed me so many pills. Muscle relaxers for the cramping, strong pain meds for the pain, anti depressants, steroid injections. I’ve actually cut way back on all my meds since starting this blend and have even canceled procedures because I started feeling better.

   If this is how great my body reacts to just a short time on this blend, I cannot wait to see what I’ll be doing in the months to come! Gavin and his blends are changing lives and bringing back hope to be who I really am..a bad arse athlete. Thanks Gavin & team!, Everybody needs these blends.

   SHILAJIT! The name says it all DESTROYER of weakness!

   Since I began taking Shilajit I immediately felt a sense of inner peace within me, colors were brighter and my energy was off the charts. I know Shilajit decalcifies the pineal gland and I am beginning to experience this myself. I have picked up meditating and songwriting shortly after I began taking Shilajit. It is helping me be more in touch with my spiritual self.

   This blend is one of my favorites! I have taken Shilajit in the past and absolutely loved it, the only problem was that it was super expensive. Gavin’s Shilajit is affordable and of the highest quality. If you want to feel amazing in every way, Shilajit is the answer!

   I was very skeptical of the blends when I first came across you guys but decided to give it a whirl after months of watching and reading reviews! Firstly, it’s packaged so nicely and with a bunch of EXTRA samples in there that were great!! Trinity and Nebula have been my fuel for the past few months and I honestly have to say that I’ve not only had the most productive few months in my business so far – I’ve also been generally happier and felt more alive, alert and motivated. I’ll be ordering again from you soon and topping up my blends whilst trying some new ones. Also Shilajit – WOW.

   Thanks for your help from start to finish so far! i’ll be looking at placing another order shortly and and going to be letting some friends try these blends too!!

   Shilajit is a game changer! What is it? Well its a bunch of things: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, diuretic to name just a few. It covers a lot of bases for sure. For me, the diuretic effect while fasting its amazing, plus it helps with electrolyte balance as well.

   I take a lot of these blends, but when i add new one, i isolate it so I can see what the effect is on me. So when i started taking shilajit, i stopped everything else for a week (it’s not bad idea to cycle them sometimes anyway). I from day one, I felt a sense of overall well being and steady energy. Not intense or anything like that. But just a steady, even calm and energy.

   Throughout the week I noticed that it acted a bit like an adaptogen for me, just kind of handling whatever needed to be handled internally, because I just felt great all week. Nothing phased me. I had all the energy i needed, but on a very subtle level. I equate it to like an oil change in the car–everything was just running smoothly. Love it and now it’s part of the daily routine.

   Shilajit, green tea matcha and a sample of supernova. First off let me tell you the benefits of all three. Shilajit and supernova both help with anti-inflammation but supernova helps with anti-stress and anti-fatigue. Green tea matcha helps reduces cardiovascular diseases and other forms of cancer. It also has an anti-hypertensive effect which can help lower blood pressure.

   I’ve been taking these three together for a while and I can definitely agree that the inflammation and pain that I’ve been having in my knees and joints have decreased! I’m young, I’m 23 turning 24 in a couple months but I’ve done a lot of sports in middle school and high school and I know that those sports are the reasons why my knees hurt so much. I’ve also been working since I was 18 so having to stand for periods of time is also messing up my knees and joints.

   I’m glad that I was able to get a sample of supernova because I am very interested in buying it. I like how he gives you a sample of something similar to the products you are buying. This is my first time buying anything from this and I’m glad I did. These three help tremendously. I’ve noticed the difference when I don’t take these powders for one day, I get very tired and I just feel worn out throughout the day. That may just be because I’m working but it definitely helps me stay awake! overall I would definitely recommend these products to anyone! I absolutely love them and plan on buying more!

   I thought I would single out Shilajit for this review as I am coming to the end of my last pack and the results are amazing. I use Shilajit in my coffee before I go to train at the gym and the packaging “destroyer of weakness” is no joke. No matter how groggy or tired I am from my work (foreign exchange trading) through the day, which is rather mentally draining this is just the boost i need.

   Now I haven’t tried any other Shilajit extracts to compare, this is my first but I highly doubt any typical ones you will get on amazon will compare to interstellar products, they are always the highest quality. You can tell Robert has a real passion for his products, a lot of time and effort goes into everything and I am extremely grateful I came across these products to help my elevate as a human being!

   So about to make another large order adding a few new ones and see what surprises I’m in for, I guarantee I will be ordering this products for years on years, especially in these times with so much harmful energy//waves in the air its vital to stay in peak form, and spread the word!

   Shilajit is one of Interstellar’s products that I’m not sure gets enough attention. I think having it on its own in a higher dose is a great idea. It helps with energy, mood, and neuropathy.
   Let me give you a little backstory.
   Several years ago back when I was in college, I pulled an all-nighter, and by 5:00 am, the upper right side of my face went to sleep. I figured I was just tired (Captain Obvious here), and that after a bit of rest, I’d be fine. But, it didn’t wake back up. I was just pins and needles with around 25-50% less feeling than the left side of my face. And then it would feel like a whip of fire around my eye where the main nerve comes in. This went on for long enough that I saw my doctor and was prescribed an SSRI. And you know what, it helped. It helped the nerves calm down. It helped me feel dead everywhere. And it helped me get fat. Eventually, I got off the SSRI, which was a bitch getting off, but I started to feel like a person again. However, once again the neuropathy came back.
   Fast forward a couple of years and by accident, I discovered that by taking fulvic acid it would completely stop the neuropathy within a day or two. Then the company I was using stopped making it. Return neuropathy. And finding a reputable supplement company is also a challenge.
   So, I figured I’d try Gavin’s shilajit.
   Same day—neuropathy vanished.
   I’ve been taking it for several months now. It adds energy, helps me feel happier, and my face feels great.

    I love everything about this product. The effects it has and also (not unimportant) the price point.
    I bought Shilajit as one of my first blends because I wanted to see what this was all about. I wanted to limit my risk (being a fulltime investor) by going with something that was not too expensive but from what I did have high hopes.
    This really changed the game for me. I love waking up and putting this in my coffee to supercharge my day and coffee. I feel more alert and ready to tackle challanges. I also heard and noticed that it increases testosterone. This is just an amazing benefit because I am in the gym 6 days a week.
    I couldn’t recommend this enough given it litterally has ZERO downsides.
    I’m actually on the site right now to order another batch of it!
    I hope you all experience the same positive effects and that it may improve your overal quality of living.

    My interest was practically to concentrate during my reading and study days, so I acquired SHILAJIT Blend. The results are the best and I am very grateful for these products.

    I researched the benefits of shilajit for memory and concentration and there are very good references to its properties. Among those that help prevent Alzheimer’s disease and other disorders.

    I currently have in my possession Nebula and Trinity Blends, which I use to do my daily kundalini meditation routine.

    INTERSTELLAR BLENDS CHANGED MY LIFE. I started with shilajit from Amazon and after finding interstellar blends and trying the shilajit 100g I can confidently say you get your money worth.. from then on I was hooked. Being a day trader, I needed clarity, focus and the blends offer that and more. Gavin is wonderful with customers, any questions I had he answered in a timely matter unlike other companies, he took the time to actually work with me on explaining what I should be taking, why I should take it and how it’ll improve my body as well as my mind.

    So i initially started with a 72 hour fast and it was a struggle but after it i felt a release of stress and i wasnt worrying about day to day things anymore . To describe it in one word i felt at peace. I will now wake up have some water and 90 minutes after waking up ill have my herbal drink and it gives me a great start to the day knowing that my body is getting an abundance of goods. I do recommend the blend and recently found out to intermittent fast with them and its been great my focus and attention to detail on tasks has evolved .     Wow!!! Is what I first thought when I checked my blood pressure one week after drinking this liquid gold. I have never felt more energized and focused. My whole family has high blood pressure and I decided to give them a some of this blend. My mom for example is a woman of 53 years of age who works out and has no medical history except for heridtary high blood pressure. One week drinking shilajit and her blood pressure fell tremendously. Thank you Gavin for creating such an amazing blend that finally was able to to get me off my blood pressure pills.

    Shilajit- This blend is very powerful! After the 2nd day taking it, I truly felt alive or awakened I should say. It seems that I see things clearer and my head no longer feels clouded. I feel less stressed and much happier, no more snappiness or mood swings! After taking this blend, I have lots of energy and my lethargic days are over! Also, I’ve had horrible cramps and heavy periods that kept me in bed for days, I couldn’t function during my period, and now I hardly have cramps and my periods are normal!! I love Shilajit, the way it makes me feel & the noticable changes over all, I will definitely continue to implement it into my health regimen. I also was taking Autophagy activator along with it. So far these are these two have done me really good. Now I’m ordering herbs to get my blood pressure regulated naturally, then onto purge. I love these blends! They are truly life changing.

    I was beginning to get a bunch of shoulder pain from my workouts and no levels of physical therapy or accupuncture would help. IN COMES SHILAJIT. This blend works miracles! After about 4 – 5 days of taking it, I started to feel more rotation in my shoulders, alot less pain and just generally WAY more comfort.

    But it didnt stop there. I was even starting to feel a sense of release and way less tension in other parts of my body that I didnt even know werr problem areas. My lower back, knees and neck all just seemed to “work” way better than they used to. Workouts became easier in every sense of the word and my recovery time has definitely picked up dramatically.

    There is even a mental aspect to shilajit that I didnt expect, its possibly due to its anti-inflammatory properties it has and therefore, has a positive impact in the brain. Whatever it is, I’m super greatful for this blend because it took away the annoying pain, improved the rest of my body, and gave me a level of mental clarity and focus that I didnt even know I was capable of. A HUGE gamechanger for those of you who lift heavy.
